Some XMas service you have there!!!
You told me once that my delivery would be delayed due to fabric problem and I’ve already agreed to pay more in order to change fabric and still make it for XMas, yet now you sent me a voicemail that the delivery won’t make it before XMas!!!! This is unacceptable service. Be sure I will call tomorrow to complain !!! You are ruining thisChristmas!!!!!!
