Following the latest Government advice, the workshops remain open to continue hand making orders and we can offer a full, COVID-19 safe home delivery service as normal. Please note that our showroom is now closed - in the light of COVID-19 and the current and future increasing retail pressures, we have decided to revert back to being an online only furniture retailer so we can continue to offer unparalleled quality and value for money, along with our free returns policy, so you can shop with us in total confidence. You can of course still place an order or contact us about an existing order over the phone or online.

  • Are you still taking orders?

    Yes we are still taking orders over the phone or online.


    Will you definitely be able to make my order?

    As per the Government's instruction the workshops remain open.

  • Are you still delivering orders?

    Yes we are. You will be given the choice when your delivery is booked in of either a COVID-19 adapted full white glove experience or if preferred a reduced service where the products can be left outside your front door or inside your garage/ a suitable storage area not within your home.


    Will my order be delayed?

    All orders received during COVID-19 are on an extended estimated lead time of 10-12 weeks.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    You are completely within your rights to cancel your order, however we are committed to fulfilling all orders.


    Is your showroom still open?

    Unfortunately our showroom has now closed.
