Ordering With Finance
We want purchasing your personalised furniture to be as comfortable as possible, so we offer an award-winning 0% finance option. Available on purchases of £1,500 and above over a 6 or 12 month period, this payment option can be secured with a minimum 25% deposit.
Your personal payment plan will be dependent on your order value and deposit, however we’ve put some example plans below.

HOW TO CHOOSE FINANCE?
Finance is a great way to spread the cost of your purchase. To make it easy we’ve teamed up with Deko whose technology lets you apply for and complete a loan application quickly, easily and informatively.
Deko is a credit broker, not a lender. Deko’s secure technology helps put you in touch with our finance lender, Omni Capital.
Simply add the furniture to your basket. Once you are at the checkout select Deko and the finance option that suits you. The quick application form is simple and should take no more than a couple of minutes to complete and you will receive a decision instantly.
IS THERE A MINIMUM SPEND?
Our 6 or 12 month 0% finance option is available for orders of £1,500 and above.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Our 0% finance option is available on orders between £1,500 and £15,000. To place your order using this option you will need to be:
- 18 years or older
- Have a gross annual income each year of more than £5,000
- A permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years
- Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits
- Not currently bankrupt, subject to an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA), or have any County Court Judgments (CCJs)
- Provide an email address so your documentation can be emailed to you.
CAN I CANCEL MY CREDIT AGREEMENT?
There is a 14-day cooling off period where you can withdraw from the credit agreement after signing your documents. If you wish to do this, please contact Willow & Hall directly. We can cancel the application on your behalf. There is no need to contact Deko or your lender, Omni Capital.
After 14 days, your consumer rights remain i.e. you can cancel your order with us up to 14 days after you have received your furniture. In this instance your deposit and balance will be refunded.
IS FINANCE AVAILABLE ON ALL FURNITURE?
Finance is available on all furniture as long as the order total is £1,500 and above.
HOW MUCH WILL INTEREST BE CHARGED AT?
There is no interest on your repayments. Our finance is 0% APR over the 6 or 12 month period.
WHAT HAPPENS ONCE THE APPLICATION IS APPROVED?
Your application will be assessed based on eligibility, credit history and affordability and Deko will let you know the outcome in just a few seconds. It’s important to know that when applying for finance a soft credit check is done and only once all security checks have been completed will a hard credit check be made. Only you can see that a soft search has been made on your credit file, but a full credit check will be visible to others viewing your credit file, for example, if you apply for credit in the future, the lender will see that a credit check was made on your credit file.
Once approved, Deko will provide you with full details about our finance lender, Omni Capital, including how to contact them. You then just need to digitally sign your credit agreement, pay your deposit and wait for your order to arrive.
In a few cases, your application may be referred to your lender for manual assessment and you’ll be notified by email of the credit decision within 24 hours.
WHEN DO REPAYMENTS START?
Your first Direct Debit payment will be taken approximately 15 to 30 days after you receive your purchase. This will show on your statement as a payment to your lender. You have the right to repay all or part of the loan early at any time.
WHO ARE OMNI CAPITAL?
Our 0% finance option is provided through the Deko platform by Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited.
If your application is successful you will enter into a Credit Agreement with Omni Capital.
HOW MANY REPAYMENTS WILL BE MADE?
You’ll need to make monthly repayments over the 6 or 12 months (depending on the payment term you choose) to cover the cost of your order. The number, frequency and amount of repayments will be set out in your customer’s credit agreement.
CAN YOU PAY MORE THAN THE STANDARD MONTHLY PAYMENT?
You can make full or partial payments at any time. Your finance agreement section ‘Early Repayment’ or ‘Early Settlement’ will detail your statutory rights and time period required to make these payments.
CAN I REQUEST DELIVERY TO A DIFFERENT DELIVERY ADDRESS?
In order to safeguard against fraudulent applications, we regret that we’re only able to deliver furniture to the home address of the applicant.
WHAT HAPPENS WITH UNSUCCESSFUL APPLICATIONS?
If you’re not approved for finance it could be for a variety of reasons and our finance lender, Omni Capital, will be able to give you more information.
HOW WILL MY PERSONAL DATA BE USED?
In order to process your application, you will be asked to provide information about your personal, employment and financial situation. Deko will need to share your personal data with Omni Capital Retail Finance Limited - the lender so that they can make a decision about whether to offer you finance. Omni Capital will perform a search with one or more Credit Reference Agencies to conduct their creditworthiness and affordability assessment to help them make their decision.
