Fabric Protection

Our fabric collections are handpicked from the finest mills in Britain, Belgium and Italy. We understand that choosing your fabric is about more than just the colour and texture, so we’ve worked hard to find beautiful fabrics that are also hard-wearing and, in some cases, have an in-built stain resistance. We also offer Staingard protection on all designs to cover your furniture against accidental spills, stains, pet scratches, damage and more.

STAIN RESISTANCE & FIBREGUARD

If your chosen fabric has a built-in stain resistance, including FibreGuard stain guard, then common household stains are easily removed with water, with no need to remove any cushion covers. FibreGuard fabrics are also green conscious, having been Oekotex endorsed to certify that they are safe for both the environment and your home.

HOW TO CLEAN STAIN RESISTANT FABRICS

1. Remove any remaining residue with a teaspoon

2. Apply water to the stain and blot using a white paper towel (do not rub)

3. Repeat this process until the stain is no longer visible on the paper towel

4. Apply more water to the area and gently rub with a microfiber cloth using circular movements for best results

5. Repeat step 4 until the stain is completely removed

6. Allow the fabric to dry naturally – do not apply heat

STAINGARD PROTECTION

In addition to our stain resistant fabrics, we also offer Staingard protection on all designs. This protection plan is for 5 years and covers your furniture against accidental spills, stains, pet cratches, damage and more, with prices starting from £45.

HOW STAINGARD WORKS

Staingard offer a genuine ‘Clean, Repair or Replace’ policy:

1. Call Staingard within 7 days of the incident and they’ll send you a box of special cloths to clean the stain

2. If these stain removing cloths don’t work, then Staingard will send a technician round to try and remove the stain or repair the damage

3. If the technician cannot clean or repair your furniture, then the cushion cover(s) or entire product will be replaced free of charge
