5 of our fave interiors Instagrammers

You know the expression ‘you can never get too much of a good thing?’ Well, that’s how we feel about beautiful interiors. No matter how many magazines we flick through, or pretty pictures we drool over (sometimes literally), when it comes to checking out a fine looking abode we can never get our fill. That’s why we love Instagram so much! If a picture says a thousand words, well, then Instagram is well on its way to beating War and Peace on the character count. Just a simple search for the #interiors will have you trawling through hundreds of hits (and can keep you sidetracked for quite some time in our experience). So, since we’ve already identified some great feeds to follow we thought we’d save you the legwork and share a few of our favourites here. Though we feel obliged to warn you, they are exceptionally envy inducing, so be prepared for your green-eyed monster to make an appearance.

Home Polish (@homepolish)

Home Polish

Home Polish (based in New York) is a service that lets you book an interior designer by the hour. Their Instagram feed documents the real life projects their teams have undertaken and the results are awe-inspiring.

Homes & Gardens Magazine (@homesandgardensuk)

Homes & Gardens final

The official feed for this UK interiors publication is a great place to get inspired on the latest trends in home and garden design. As well as some beautifully styled lifestyle shots, their feed also occasionally serves up a little of the behind the scenes action too.

Apartment Therapy (@apartmenttherapy)

Apartment Therapy

Apartment Therapy is a celebration of interior design in all forms. Taking you behind the doors and into the heart of real people’s homes (albeit ones that look like a chic hotel or the set of a sitcom). Their Instagram feed is a purely pictorial version of the popular design website of the same name.

Houzz (@houzz)

Houzz Final

If it’s ideas and inspiration you’re seeking then Houzz has them in abundance. Spend 5 minutes scrolling through this eclectic bank of interiors images and you can’t fail to find something you want to replicate in your own home with immediate effect.

House Beautiful (@housebeautifuluk)

House Beautiful Final

House Beautiful’s Instagram feed is intended to ‘help you create the home you’ve always dreamed of’ and dreamy it sure is. We can’t help but hear Loyd Grossman delivering his famed ‘who lives in a house like this’ line while we’re flicking through the endless array of impeccably assembled interiors on offer.

So there you have it. We hope our recommendations fill you with positive inspiration for some home improvements. If you know of a great interiors feed we should follow leave a comment for us below.
